Price went down to $239 a month

I didn't buy this but I think it's pretty good deal and I might go to test drive it at local dealer and find out if they can price match it.

aside from setting your money on fire with any lease, I rode with a friend who just bought a 2013 and it is pretty nice and smooth. Too bad it doesn't have a manual.

leases are not deals

I was wondering why Nissans are not reliable anymore ,Renault owns a lot of Nissan, and Renault don't make reliable cars

you can get better deals
Deal: $209 a month for 39 months with $2,999 due at signing

Notes: Available on S trim in Northeast, Northwest and West.

Deal: $239 a month for 39 months with $2,999 due at signing

if your going to buy over priced
maxima you would be better buying Nissan brand acura, better made, keeps it value more

Yeah and if he meant infiniti then you're still getting a Nissan which he says is bad

I know I have had some wine tonight but explain to me how $209 a month with $2,999 is a better deal than $249 a month with $0 down.

If you prefer to buy, steal, or get donations we respect your opinions but take them elsewhere, They have been expressed way too many times on these Forums!

If this is obtainable, it is a fantastic lease deal. I pay almost that for an Altima without camera, leather, etc.
OOPS! Me thinks not! I defy anyone to actually get this car from this dealer for $249 with zero down. It aint happening and if it does, they are going to charge an arm and a leg in damages when you turn it in, but it aint happening anyway.

Leases with the right money factors on the vehicle can be the exact opposite of setting your money on fire. Buying a new Maxima for $249/mo would require either a very substantial down payment, exceedingly long payment terms, or both. If Nissan has the money value on the Maxima really high right now (They think really highly of their vehicle and so will value it very high at the end of the lease.), then at the end of the lease instead of turning the car back into Nissan, you can bring it to CarMax, sell it to them, pay off the lease, and pocket the difference. In some of these zero down with low monthly payment lease deals, you can easily pocket between $1K-5K. Lease deals like these on BMW's can be really awesome because on a 3 year lease, you'll never spend a dime on an oil change, or pay a penny for a new set of tires because they include free oil changes and their tires are rated for more miles than you can drive on the lease. Plus, many folks can write off the lease payments on their taxes which they can't do on an outright purchase.

If you want to see how good this lease deal actually is and what you can expect at the end of the 39 months, I highly suggest you check out http://www.ridewithg.com/ and start reading. The right lease on the right vehicle can make a lot of sense if you understand how to work the system, and I always thought that's exactly what we all do on SD each and every day. Wink
