This is a good deal if you want a new Vitamix 7500. For those who wouldn't mind a reconditioned one,
I would go to Vitamix.com and choose the certified reconditioned 7500 model along with the 8 years plan for $514 + 32-ounce Dry Grains Container ($144) + free $25 shipping promo code: 06-008159 ($25 value in the US and $35 value in Canada );
totaling $633 (cheaper if you go with the 5 years warranty).
I called customer service, did the deal over the phone, and got a free 3-Piece Spatula Set instead of the Whole Food Recipes I requested for.

I will update when I get this order in the mail soon.

So, I know there's a whole debate about vitamix vs blendtec and that they're equal just with different features. But, how come the vitamix are like $200 more then the blendtec

Does dry blade container come with the whole grain recipe book?

Do they give 10% off on this blender?

they don't give 10% off with their site coupon, but you can call. Some have mentioned having luck when calling in to get discounts.

The only reason I spent the extra money in the Vitamix is that I hate berry seeds in my teeth. The Blendtec doesn't pulverize them as well as the Vitamix.

There are very few differences. They're both great machines.

Is Blendtec the one I keep seeing on commercials comparing themselves to vitamix? I kind of like the multibladed alternative.

This deal is for the 750 which comes with pre-programmed presets. The 7500 is a manual blender.

And this. Can't imagine spending more than $100 on one. Then again, I've never had a truly "'pulverized" drink so it's not like I can denounce the more expensive blenders.
