The sizing says EU, but I can confirm that it is actually mondo sizing. This error is probably why these are still in stock online. I have provided a conversion chart below. I'd recommend getting them true to your size. I've read reviews that state these don't pack out as much as other snowboard boots do. You could even buy a couple sizes and return the one you don't want to REI. Remember, you want boots to be as small as you can fit comfortably, so shoot lower rather than higher. I am usually a size 12 or 13 in sneakers, so I got a 12 in these which is good. Almost went with a 11.5 actually, which would have worked too.
