It is actually worse than that. Carbohydrates(mainly complex carbs) will increase LDL cholesterol which causes the cardiovascular issues.

Also explains why we have been getting bad health advice from our government and gov funded entities for the last 70 years. It is not the Fat thats bad for you..just the carbs...so if your eating fat free stuff, your are doing more harm than good as most fat free stuff usually has corn syrup and sugar added.

out of 2 i went to, none of them had any relish. its been like that for like7-8 yrs already. u can still ask for relish in small bags. one of them had chopped onion in the can, not freshly stored like costco.
