Pls post the price here.

1) All-You-Can-Eat Pancakes: $4.99
2) All-You-Can-Eat Pancakes Combo: $6.99 (regular) $7.99 (meat)

Also for those interested. This doesn't have to be just plain pancakes. The last couple of times I have partaken in this delicious albeit heart stopping event, for ~$2 more, you can get the specialty pancakes (cinnastack, blueberry, chocolate chip, etc.) this is not per additional stack, so to make this sweeter (pun intended) just pay the extra two bucks, and try them all.

It is actually worse than that. Carbohydrates(mainly complex carbs) will increase LDL cholesterol which causes the cardiovascular issues.

For those interested in the details (way to many) I can recommend Good Calorie, Bad Calorie by Gary Taubs. He is a multi award winning researcher who spent many years researching for that book.

Also explains why we have been getting bad health advice from our government and gov funded entities for the last 70 years. It is not the Fat thats bad for you..just the carbs...so if your eating fat free stuff, your are doing more harm than good as most fat free stuff usually has corn syrup and sugar added.

Are you sure it isn't simple carbs that increase LDL?

I think breakfast at Old Country Buffet will have bacon sausage ham etc. Biscuits french toast and pancakes.

Does IHOP have real butter? Waffle house has only margarine.

Bring my own butter and real maple syrup.

It's only $1.50 here - I thought that was the nationwide price.

He means drink refills - hot dog is one single dog (albeit huge).

Ah yes, the same know it alls who want to legalize marijuana but ban tobacco.

The ones who think a woman should have a choice over what she does with her body unless that choice is to have 16 ounces of soda.

I know the type.
so true, and for fear of politicizing this. We won't mention the political group, for another fear of receiving a warning offending some of these mods.

out of 2 i went to, none of them had any relish. its been like that for like7-8 yrs already. u can still ask for relish in small bags. one of them had chopped onion in the can, not freshly stored like costco.

Wanting to know where the outrageous calorie counts come from

Syrup? Butter?

Because the nutrirional value panel on the side of a pancake mix box is no where near it...seems like without syrup and butter they are a light snack if you are not anti carb
