Lava is the best material for antennas, especially if it's molten. That's why people who have the best TV reception are those who live in live volcanoes.

As a geologist, I can confirm this is correct.

I know, right? I mean I have never seen anyone living in a live volcano whose house has an antenna (or a roof for that matter).

I don't think anyone was doubting its existence.

Seriously though, I would just spend more monies and get a mohu antenna. They have different models, so check online to see if you need a stronger antenna for where you live.

From one reviewer on Amazon re: your posted antenna.

I should have listened to the other poor reviews. I really wanted this to work better than the Mohu Leaf that I recently purchased. I figured since the Mohu was working so well this would be even better. It was not. I received the Lava and put it together and just placed it next to the Mohu and swaped the cable. I went from 18 channels to 4. I figured maybe that wad because the Lava was inside and next to the Mohu, so I placed the Lava on a 10 mast on the roof. I still received less channels than the Mohu gave me and the Mohu was inside attached to a window, this was a waste of money and time. I returned it and hooked the a Mohu Leaf back up.
