Do i need a Y spliter along with these cables. looks like PSW10 has 2 RCA input port. my receiver (Denon E400) has one RCA pre out.
no it has a mono input, i have one of these at home.
from the manual since its not "true" lfe input but no splitter is required unless you want to. I use mine this way without problem. lfe output from your stereo is mono so it will not matter if you use R or L.
Receivers that include a “Sub Out” feature—the most common hookup method with
Dolby® Digital receivers.
NOTE: The PSW10 subwoofer does not have an LFE input. Instead, use either the
L or R Line input (another hookup option is to use a Y-split cable and connect both
L and R Line inputs). After you make this Sub Out connection, turn the "Low Pass"
filter fully clockwise. This will in effect create an LFE input.
