Was looking for pressure cookers and came across this deal. Kind of Novice but this seems to be a good deal... Anyone have any experience using these Pressure Cookers?

Hey, just went to pick this up to avoid the $10 shipping. I called ahead to make sure they would price match the website, then when I went into the store, there was a $10 MIR advertised on the price tag. Ended up with the 10 qt. Fagor Elite w/ "web buster" price $89.99 - 40% - $10 MIR B&M for a grand total of $52.49 including tax... Seems pretty solid, will try it out tomorrow

Another rebate: Free copy of America's Test Kitchen Pressure Cooker Perfection with purchase of a Fagor Duo, Cayenne, Futuro, or Chef pressure cooker. They charge you $5.95 to ship the book. I own this cookbook and it's decent. Some of the recipes are unnecessarily high maintenance, but everything I've made from it was legit delicious.

Via online chat: Macy's option to Buy Online, Pick up in Store (BOPS), is not currently available in California.

The Duo 8qt model is OOS.

If you chat with the CSR during the purchase, he/she might give you a free shipping credit. It work for me but this is YMMV. -- JAB

I bought the Fagor Duo 8 qt from Bon Ton last month for $70. Macy's has it for $45 so I'm going to buy it from Macy's and return it to Bon Ton. The grocery store is next to the mall so it's not out of my way.

This is a great deal. I'm also getting the Fagor Chef 10 qt for $103. I've used my pressure cooker 3 times but each time has been really great. It's practically foolproof and I can have an entire week's worth of food cooked in a hour.

Darn, I just bought the Duo Combi for 115. Word of advise to anyone interested: Get the Futuro because that is the one that is not made in china. Also, get something larger like the 8-10qt as it is better to cook less stuff in a big pot vs more stuff in a smaller pot.

I got the 5-piece Elite set from Bonton for $70 a couple of months ago. Considering I don't pay taxes for Bonton but I do for Macy's, this is pretty much the same price. I am fairly happy with the set. I have both sizes pots and they share the lid. I can choose the size depending on what I am cooking. Compared to the duo, it has only one pressure setting, but I never felt like I need the lower pressure setting.
If I were to choose now, I would get the futuro 5 piece set. It seems the best deal to me. It wasn't available when I bought mine from Bonton.
