Price Comparison: Our research indicates that GoPro HERO3+ Video Camera (Silver Edition) is $70 lower (26% savings) than the next best available price from a reputable merchant with prices starting at $270. - daisybeetle
Deal Editor's Note: The white GoPro Hero3 is available at many retailers for $200. One way the Hero3+ is different is that it shoots up to 60 frames per second, vs 30 frames per second in 1080p mode with the Hero3. Some critic and user reviews may be found here, at Engadget. A nice camera comparison can be found on the lower portions of this page at Amazon. Some users are confirming success in receiving a free headstrap mount that is advertised with the white version - daisybeetle
I ordered one online for in-store pick-up and grabbed a headstrap off the shelf once I got to the store. Went to customer service and they took care of the rest. Walked out with the silver edition and headstrap for $199.99 + tax.

the app is awesome and with it you dont need that expensive remote
I got stuck on the new user name and password. Was very frustrated. But after many tries I changed the new camera name and it worked. I think if you are having problems try changing the name of the camera. I used an 8 character camera name and it finally worked. Good luck.
