No web interface installed by default in OpenWrt "trunk" builds. Wireless is also disabled by default. Initial OpenWrt flash should be over wired ethernet.
If command line scares you or words like telnet & SSH are foreign, this is probably not the right router for you to install 3rd party firmware. There are better supported options out there for a little more (e.g. TP-Link WDR3600/4300).
