Thats what happened to me too! Mine was drop shipped and supposed to be shipped on Monday, no tracking number. Let me know if you have any luck.
Hate to hear that the same thing happened to you, but I'll definitely keep you updated and please let me know if anything happens on your side!

About two years ago was my last TV ordering experience with BuyDig. I had to go through three TVs (1st one was bent in shipping, 2nd was lost, 3rd was structurally fine) before I got one that worked. Although, its screen went nonresponsive/black after a couple of days. I just contacted LG instead and they sent someone out to replace the mainboard and it's been fine since. However, that was enough to make me swear off ever buying a big item from BuyDig again...but this was just too good a deal to pass up...

Fingers crossed...

I will keep you updated. I contacted Fedex this morning and they had no record of a shipment coming to my house other than 1 other package I had ordered. Im guessing that our orders have not shipped yet.

I ordered 2 other TV's from buydig over the past 5 years and must have had good luck because they are still working in my house.

On a side note did you make the delivery driver wait until you opened the TV and turned it on before you signed for the TV?

Yep. I'd paid the extra $99 for white glove service, but he dropped the box at my stoop and wanted me to sign the paper there. Given he "didn't even know what white glove service was" and was obviously in a rush, the last thing I wanted him doing was unpacking the TV. So, I did it myself. All seemed fine with the TV unpacked on the floor, and I let him go. However, when I got it up to eye level on a cabinet, it was easy to see that the top right corner was dog-eared down a bit.

Probably wouldn't have cared if I'd kept it on its stand, but as it intended to be wall mounted on a slim bracket, it would have been no doubt easy to see. To BuyDig's credit they were patient, understanding, and did (eventually) rectify the situation. However, now I make sure to get eye-level with a straight edge before signing anything.

Still waiting on mine. I had amazon pricematch because they had some perks. Not as great as no tax though, but it is white glove delivery. TV got damaged early in the shipping process (delivery truck probably crashed or something) and they are sending out another one. So I'm looking at another 2 week delay on top of how long I've waited already.
I'm kind of regretting not getting it from BestBuy (they were willing to pricematch as well) and just being done.

I got the TV last week and it has been great.

The annoying part of the whole purchase was the delivery. I was under the impression that I would be given adequate time to inspect the TV. The delivery guy or company didn't seem to adhere BuyDig's inspection process. I had to INSIST the inspection before signing him off.

Moreover, the delivery time could not be changed to accommodate my schedule. I would hesitate to buy from BuyDig again.

I ordered this TV for my dad Thursday evening from Buydig. On Tuesday morning the delivery company called to schedule delivery the next day. I was able to pick another date for delivery. However they don't have choice for morning delivery. All delivery must be from 12-5pm for my area in CA. My father was home to sign paper and he said the delivery guy was nice to unpack the tv, carry it to bedroom as if we'd paid for White glove service. He gave the guy tip for that at the end.

I've a very different experience. My delivery guy stayed and helped me unpack the box. I guess it depends on what local delivery company they use. I think you should call them and provide a feedback so they will stop using the same company.

I got the tv from amazon but price matched it to J&R that was 1599 then the $38.50 2% cashback
+ i got 1 year netflix + 1 year hulu with the tv so the price really should be $1363 lol

How did you get the free year of Netflix and Hulu?
Quote from shott85 View Post :
Go into the TV menu, Applications > All Applications. There should be an app called "Netflix + Hulu Promotion." Open it up and enter your email, then they are supposed to send you a code.

I never received the code, so I called Sony support. They said I wasn't eligible for the offer because I purchased my TV in mid-January (deal is for 2013 only). I asked politely if he could send me the code anyways, and he said "expect an email in two days." I really didn't think I was going to get an email, but alas 2 days later I received an email with the codes for 1 year of free Netflix ($96 credit) and Hulu Plus.
^ i got the tv in JAN way pass the DEC 31 cutt off and just called sony up and asked for the codes. they sent them to me no problem

Boughted it!
Although no tax was tempting, considering I'm in tax-heavy NY, it would be my only tax free purchase and not worth the risk.
Wasn't much more to go elsewhere once I considered that Amazon price-matched for me, has a 2% coupon coming my way, and a couple % more coming back since I used an Amazon Visa.
Also, I'll take their delivery service over FedEx any day!

PS Best Buy had this on sale for $2000 from $2800 and they agreed to price match as well.
Crazy times we live in.
are u crazy $2000 i live in NYC and i got the tv from amazon and price matched threw J&R and got 2% back.
