Does not have manufacturer's warranty (per seller policy).
"phone not guaranteed to work"
But "Exchanges will gladly be honored if item is DOA (dead on arrival or not as described),
Buyer is responsible to send the item back before exchange will be made."

This is an unlocked AT&T phone with native 4G HSPA+/LTE bands for AT&T & T-Mobile.
2G EDGE -- Yes
4G LTE ----- Yes* (may need a custom ROM)
3G/4G HSPA+ - (native T-Mobile AWS 1700/2100) - No - missing these bands
3G/4G HSPA+ - (refarm T-Mobile 1900MHz) - Yes, if you live in these areas: http://www.airportal.de

DOES ANYONE HAVE THIS PHONE WORKING WITH T-MOBILE LTE 1700MHZ ????

in USA 3G (UMTS) Uplink and Downlink are on different Frequency
AT&T 850MHz uplink and 1900MHz downlink
T-Mobile 1700MHz uplink 2100MHz downlink . In refarmed areas Tmobile provides 3G using 1900Mhz
Rest of the world : Both Uplink and Downlink on same 2100 MHz frequency

Seller describes condition as follows:
"They come in At&t retail packaging, and an sd card is not included"

Not true!!! SD card already inserted in the phone itself.
Here's an un-boxing video in case you want a comparison: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFnDgPnWSkQ
^
In the video, the sd card is preinstalled so unless the seller is opening the box and taking it out, it should be in there

T-Mobile APN Settings
Name: T-Mobile LTE
APN: fast.t-mobile.com
Proxy: not set
Port: not set
Username: not set
Password: not set
MMSC: h**p://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMS proxy: not set
MMS port: not set
MCC: 310
MNC: 260
Authentication type: None
APN type: default,supl,admin,dun,mms

Supplementary:
You *may* need to swap your old SIM card for a new microSIM in order to get 4G LTE on T-Mobile. YMMV

Having trouble with in call audio when using a 4.2.X+ ROM with the stock ATT/JB radio?
Solution 1: Flash a hybrid radio of some sort. See http://forum.xda-developers.com/s...?t=2584981
Solution 2: Use a modified msm8960 audio driver. See http://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=65937128&postcount=942

For people who are concerned about "AT&T address book" popping up each time you click on your "contacts". Here's a way to resolve it:

1- Dial *#*#2666#*#*
2- Hit menu key
3- Click on registration and select "completed"

Almost all of those bad reviews are for used or refurbs. THis LG is brand new

You can't find an S3 for less than 250. This in my personal opinion is better.

It's ugly but you save $100 at least. My vote for Optimus G.

Disagree. This phone looks better than the S3. Smilie I hate rounded corners on the S3.

After looking over this seller's negative feedback, I am too weary of this "deal" to jump on it. It seems like they have no problem labeling used/refurbished/(and even possibly stolen/counterfeit) phones as NEW.
