I have been using the 206 for a little over a year, and I really like it, however I think I prefer the way the tripod is lashed on this one. With the 206 the tripod sticks out to the side and I have to watch it from hitting things when I'm in an area with tight clearances, I think with it centered on the pack (behind my head) I would have less of this.
I also like how the Kilowatt can be converted to sling or backpack, and has a waist strap. I think in sling mode the camera is going to be easier to access without taking the bag off completely than with the 206.
In my case Sling is a nice idea but not practical if you use only sling function. I bring few lens + camera and it's so heavy already. I have a sling bag, it's very easy to take gear in/out but very uncomfortable when everything is on 1 shoulder. It's a pain when you travel with sling bag only that why I'm in the market for a backpack. The kilowat is good in term of bag/slingable this a plus point.
