If your doing drywall I would really get the rotozip tool or even the oscillating tool. They both serve their purposes. The rotozip would be great for making quick cutouts around electrical boxes and such for drywall. I am not sure what else it can do without looking at the specs.

The oscillating tool I actually use it wherever I can since its easy to maneuver. The only thing I didn't like is that you need numerous blades and they are somewhat expensive.

I am thinking about hitting up the 450E chainsaw. It's a lot lower than all other online stores and local stores. It is not the lowest price it has been in the past few months but its close enough to pull the trigger.

Is the Dremel MM20 a deal since it doesn't seem like it comes with very few accessories?
