You can also call the Regional Sales Mgr (DM's Boss). At the start of the sale I had an incident with a nasty RS Mgr, who claimed he had called his DM. So when I went to make my complaint I requested a call back from Reg Sales Mgr instead. He called me and I relayed what had happened and he was not impressed by the employee. Turns out RS Mgr hadnt called his DM after all... If a DM is a jerk call the Regional. (Regionals work on the Corp side, whereas DM's are more on the retail/store side).

Last Friday, I ordered 3 of the Kyocera Event phones. They were shipped the same day and arrived yesterday (Tuesday). I haven't received any emails regarding the Netflix codes. Sorry if this has been answered before... but who is the sender of that initial email? What is the subject field text (so I can look out for it)?

I'm sure I should have received something by now, huh? Who should I whine to at Radio Shack about this? TIA

I submitted 2 codes on Friday night and haven't get any codes from the promocard. I sent them an email on Monday and got nothing back, only an automated email with request number. I just emailed them again this morning. Hopefully they start sending the codes today or who knows what's going on.

The same happened to me. I sent them an email over 5 days ago and never heard back from them. I followed up with another email yesterday. We'll see what will happen.

Just got my Netflix codes from the promocard about 15min ago. I'm done now, 3.5yrs of netflix for about $45 total.
