Nearly 3 years ago I started my journey to live a healthier and happier life.
Since 2011 I have lost nearly 90 lbs and I want to help others achieve their goals too.

I know that New Years is a popular time to make a change and I would be honored to help you. To get you started, I will host a FREE 4 Week Clean Eating Group - I will supply everything, the shopping lists, menu, meal plan and coaching. All I ask of you is to be active in the group and support others in the group.

If you are truly serious about making 2014 your year to have more energy, lose weight, or pick up a free health habits post in this thread. Also, let me know if you have a Facebook account, I may create a private FB group and/or use this thread.

I only want those who are 100% completely serious about making a change!!!
I hope to make this grow and roll over each month.

I'd be interested. I am down 35 pounds today since 8/05. Looking to drop 30 more. I struggle with what to eat sometimes, and that can bring me down. I don't eat seafood or eggs. Any advice? I don't use FB.

Great!! I don't eat seafood also so I just use chicken breast instead. But I just started eating eggs at 31.

Con for me too being on lo carb.... I'm not a fish guy at all so that limits lots of protein options, and eating eggs every AM kind of rules them out for other meals.

These meal plans are diverse and if you could probably see how to swap starches for other items.

Very cool that you're doing this Kel! Thumbup

I, too, lost a ton of weight in 2011 to the point where I am very skinny. Clients that don't remember my name refer to me as the "anorexic guy" to my co workers laugh out loud

Hopefully loungers will stick to it in 2014!

I should probably join as I definitely need to eat better next year. That 10k in November is approaching faster than I want.

Awesome. I need suggestions for breakfast. I usually make fruit smoothies, but I need an on-the-go option when I don't have time to make a smoothie. Looking forward to the recipes/plan!

Two egg whites (or one egg with yolk broken), microwave in small bowl for 30 seconds, tabasco and put on these little small round wheat bread things I get at costco. I have small bowls that end up making the perfect sized egg.

Forget it...I saw the no eggs thing above.

I'm interested too.
I'm a picky eater, big sweet tooth, typical meat and potatoes.

I tend to not eat anything that hasn't first walked upon or flew over the earth. If it requires to be submersed in water to survive, it's got a good chance of never being on my dinner plate.

I registered (and paid) for this little bike ride [deathride.com] coming up this summer. It will be my 1st attempt and it's been on my "bucket list" for 10-20 years. My buddy did last year on his first attempt.
