I didn't see any posts for this so I'm putting this out there. The Nike store has the 2013 20XI and 20XI-X golf balls on clearance dropping the price from $29 to $14.97. Use the coupon code BESTINGAME (good until 3/6) at checkout for an additional %20 off bringing the price of one dozen down to $11.97. You'll have to pay tax; but, Nike offers free shipping for orders over $75.

Great time to stock up for the season and get free shipping if you game these balls. Hope this helps the golfers out there.

These were listed as a Gold golf ball in the 2013 Golf Digest Hot list.

They have a great review by Golf Digest. However, they have mediocre rating (3 stars out of 5) by users.

Golf is one of very few things where i all but ignore the user reviews and stick to the expert opinions. I tend to agree with the experts a lot more often than the users. But that's just me

Depends who the experts are. Golf digest and their hot list....all major companies' equipment is almost always "gold". Another marketing tool.

Excellent, I can think of playing 18 holes on a normal course without fear of spending more on balls than green fees.

Picked up 20 cases. Ended up buying a gift card off ebay for 20% off. Got them for a little over $10 a box after tax.

These should last me about 2 seasons while selling a box here and there to people I play with.

Thanks OP!

I respectfully disagree. There is plenty of technology in a golf ball these days that influence distance. A lot of testing done with 'robot' arms have shown that different balls have different distance when swing speed and impact is controlled.

From my own experience, I feel that, I get more distance when I hit TM's RBZ Urethane.... compared to Titleists and other balls.

Just my humble opinion
I don't think I see very much of a difference when I play Pro V1's or V1x's or a ball I found in the woods. I can hit great shots with both and terrible shots with both. I think the softer balls tend to spin too much for me though. I think a lot of it is mental.

I just made a comment to a golfing buddy a few weeks ago about how I've never found one of these balls in the woods and never seen them in the bins at the local pawn shop. This MUST mean they fly incredibly straight, right? laugh out loud. In any case, I'm buying some just so I can try them out.
Maybe because not many people playing it.
