Simple Choice plans still start with one line at $50 per month for unlimited data, talk and text on the T-Mobile network. You only have to decide how much high speed 4G LTE data you want. And now on the core plan, you’ll get a full 1GB of 4G LTE data and tethering – double the previous amounts. Additional lines continue to be $30 for the second line and $10 for up to three additional lines for unlimited data talk and text, and now 1GB of 4G LTE data.

If you want more 4G LTE data on any of your lines, you can opt for getting 3 GB of 4G LTE data including tethering for an extra $10 a month per line (that’s up from 2.5 GB before). Or you can get 5 GB of 4G LTE data including tethering for an extra $20 a month per line (a new offer). And you power users also still have the option to get totally unlimited 4G LTE data, now with 5 GB of 4G LTE tethering , double the previous amount for an extra $30 a month per line (unlimited 4G LTE plans with 2.5GB of tethering were previously an extra $20 per month).

And, starting April 1st, in addition to the unlimited international texting from over 100 Simple Global countries you already get with Simple Choice – we’re now including global texting to virtually anywhere from right here in the U.S. – again, at no extra cost.

The Unlimited 4G LTE plan is increasing from $20 (w/2.5GB of tethering) to $30 (w/5GB of tethering). If you want to get in on the $20 deal, sign up for the Unlimited plan BEFORE March 23rd. If you are already on the $20 plan, you don't have to change anything.

List of the International Countries. NOTE: Only texting and 2g data is free. Calling will cost 20 cents a minute and 4g speeds will cost extra.
Also NOTE: these rates only apply if you are using T-Mobile towers or partner towers. If you roam out of T-mobile's network coverage then the charges will be a lot more.

I love TMobile, but their old 1000 min plan still beats out this in my case. we barely use 300 min every month on 3 lines, unlimited data on first, 2GB on 2nd and 3rd. unlimited family text, total comes out to $105 before tax and fees, plus additional lines are only $5 a month.

I wish they'd just add these little perks for everyone. I can't imagine them offering anything good enough for make me want to switch from my grandfathered classic plan with "bridge to value" data rates.

Existing customers on the existing Unlimited 4G LTE plan (or who sign up before March 23 for it) will be able to choose to stay on that plan (by taking no action) or they can switch to the new version with more tethering for just a few dollars more per month.
So it looks like if you think you want the unlimited 4g LTE package for $20/month extra, now is the time to add it (before March 23rd). After that, you'll have to pay $30 extra per month (with 2.5gb extra of tethering).

$30 will give you 5GB of tethering
$20 includes 2.5GB of tethering

If you signup for unlimited 4g for $20/month now, your tethering amount is only 500MB?

I'm trying to clarify things here. I'm have a Family Simple Choice plan for $110 a month. I only have 500MB of 4G LTE. Does this mean after March 23, I will have 1GB of LTE per month?

Current customers on the 500mb plan do not have to make any changes. It will automatically upgrade to the free 1gb.

That's exactly how I understand this change. Plus an ability to text friends who are abroad for free!

Wonderful! Looks like two of us can go to the 1GB from 3GB and the other can keep unlimited LTE. Perfect since the other 2 of us average between .5 and 1GB anyway.

This is great news! Repped!

So quick question...sorry this might be a stupid question but

I have a Family Simple choice plan
The first two lines have 2.5gb of data....does this mean they will double to 5gb?
Or just my third line will go from 500mb to 1gb

The first 2 lines will become 3gb. The third line with 500mb will become 1gb.
