Adding Bluetooth to a Vizio E601I-A3 E-Series TV

compworld 16 10 March 10, 2014 at 08:55 PM
I added a Vizio E601I-A3 E-Series TV to my downstairs basement. I would like to add wireless bluetooth speakers, however, this TV does not have bluetooth. Anyone know how I would be able to make this TV bluetooth compatible so I can add wireless speakers to the unit?

Thank you!

You'd have to run the audio out to some separate device that would broadcast the bluetooth signal to the speakers.

Something like this might work http://www.amazon.com/Britelink-B...ransmitter With the right adapters (3.5mm to RCA) to make it fit an audio output of the TV.

This will downmix everything to stereo mode.

Be patient OP, most of the US sleeps during the time your posting. What your asking is pretty simple and some searches can find what your wanting to do. Your basically just crowdsourcing research you can do yourself if its so urgent.
