I know this card has been posted already, but this post is for the sign up bonus.

Receive 10K (REAL) Membership Reward points for spending $1k in 3 months.
0% APR on purchases and balance transfers for 15 months.

As previously mentioned, here are the card details:
- No Annual Fee. This is the ONLY personal AMEX card that lets you collect MR points that are transferrable to Airline and Hotel partners AND has no annual fee. It is not to be confused with the AMEX Blue Membership Reward Express program which cannot be transferred.
- Membership Rewards often runs a transfer bonus. For example, they previously had a 50% bonus when transferring to British Airways Avios program. So 10K points would transfer to 15K Avios.

- Collect 2X points at Supermarkets ($6000/year limit)
- Collect 1X points everywhere else
- Get a 20% bonus on your points if you use your card 20x/month. Transaction amount does not matter. It can be 20 $1 purchases.

So for example:
Spending $500 in groceries for the month
- Base points earned 500 points
- 2X point bonus for groceries category +500 points
- Use your card 20x/month +200 points

Total Membership Rewards earned 1200 points

Previous Transfer bonus example.(This transfer bonus is expired, but is simply a past example.)
50% to British Airways Avios +600

Transferred to British Airways Avios 1800 points

Alternatively, receive 15k Membership Reward points for Everyday Preferred for spending $1k in 3 months.
- $95 Annual fee.No Annual Fee for additional cards.

- Collect 3X points at Supermarkets. (Limit $6000 per calendar year)
- Collect 2X at gas stations
- Get a 50% bonus on your points if you use your card 30x/month.
If you take advantage of an offer on our site, Slickdeals may receive a commission.

There are two versions of this card. The Everyday and the Everyday Preferred.

The Everyday Preferred is the one with the $95 annual fee.

You can do a PC from the Everyday Preferred to the Everyday after the first year if you want the sign up offer from the Everyday Preferred.

That's for the Everyday Preferred card with different benefits. The Everyday has no annual fees.

Never heard of this one, Thanks OP. This card seems like a good card to downgrade my AmEx Gold Premier Rewards card to now that the annual fee is due, since I will still be able to use it transfer MR points to BA unlike the the Blue card.

Does anyone know if you can downgrade an AmEx Gold Premier Rewards to this?

If I received a signup bonus for the Gold Premier Rewards last year, does it affect my ability ot receive this bonus signup if I simply cancel my other card and get this one instead of downgrading? I know there is a waiting period for different type of AmEx cards before you can churn them, but I don't know the relationship with this one.

I was trying to make sure this Amex EveryDay card have the full MR tier, not the MR Express tier.
If so, it would be a keeper, when you are out of Gold/Green/Platinum charge cards while having a few MR Express tier cards (e.g. Blue Business or Blue personal)

Good question. This card does have the real MR tier. On the card description page it states:

Use your Card every day and earn points - they have no expiration date.? Transfer points to 17 frequent flyer programs and 5 frequent guest programs or use them for gift cards and merchandise.?

AMEX seriously needs to start doing bonus points for it's Gold and Platinum card if their lower end card are getting 20%-50% point bonuses.

What is the 10k points worth, roughly $100? Never had an amex so I'm not familiar with their rewards system.
