Try that HD 10 off 100 coupon to sweeten the deal, http://slickdeals.net/f/6832348-10-off-100-at-home-depot?v=1. About a month ago, Sears had a similar pricing, but with $15 off coupon and $10 back in points.

Coupon worked! Bought Gladiator Shelving GARS774SZG for $130, very good price. These tend sell out very fast.

BTW, prices were much higher when I checked in the morning, just a few hours ago actually. Anybody reading this thread - make sure to double-check the current pricing, even if you checked in the morning.

Strange...because I see no value in paying extra for just a shelving unit.

I am using it to store bins with a bunch of heavy tools, socket sets, hammers, automotive tools, bags with salt, things like that. I was using $20 HDX shelves just fine, but had to carefully arrange my things as to not overload each shelf. I don't think you can build anything sturdy of this size for much cheaper than $130.

Got the 8' maple workbench! Been waiting a long time. Going to use in my computer room for 1 year while I do temp work and then let DH have it for the garage. I know, i know someone doesn't like this but I think it is multi purpose and will be great to hide file cabinets underneath and he gets it after I am done.

Good catch OP. The additional HD 10 off 100 helps greatly. The accessories and hooks seem like some of the best deals in a while.

I don't usually think of HD as a place to buy my Gladiator stuff as Sears seems to be the most consistent with their deep occasional sales. These ridiculously marked up Gladiator items will put a hole in your wallet. But 30% off plus $10 off helps a great deal and is a good alternative.

"This Gladiator Ready To Assemble Jumbo GearBox ".. I don't think HD sells premier. I got a couple of 30x30x12 from sears couple weeks ago and I don't see it here

Thank You. I think that I am going to stick to the Premiere line because I find RTA to be bit too flimsy for my taste. I love the solid feel of premiere cabinets.

Didn't know there was a difference. How do you tell the two apart? Been looking for something like this for my garage.
