Thanks OP! This is the only stuff I run through my leaf blower and string trimmer and they can sit all winter and start up with 2 pulls at the start of the mowing season. Yes, it is more expensive than mixing your own oil/gas mix, but the positives of no ethanol is worth it. Bought a couple cases, which should hold me over for 2-3 more years.

This is a good deal. I switched to Trufuel in my Stihl trimmer a couple years ago after learning about it and going through a recall on the trimmer due to ethanol in gas. Personally I'll have to pass though. I just don't use enough gas to make this deal good for me.

TU from me.

To clarify it is a 2 year shelf life once opened. Sealed cans supposedly have a 5 year shelf life.

Awesome deal on these products. They work great and are the only thing I'll put in my power equipment as well. Perfect time of the season to stock up! Thanks OP!

Thanks for the clarification. I'll edit my post to not confuse others. I may have to get some after all. Big Grin

Awesome! Wanted to try this instead of Sunoco Ultra w/ Stabil ethanol treatment.

Only 13.25 per gallon. Instead of buying this, use this site pure-gas.org/ [pure-gas.org] and get gas without Ethanol to use as mixed gas.

Great price. I love this product. Sooo much easier than mixing yourself!

I'm new to the game. Just bought a new mower and thought I should break it in right. I debated on 2 cases, will see how long this last. I have a small yard, I don't recall using a lot of gas to begin with last summer. Thinking of synthetic oil too, overkill?

Good product, and a good price for it...but also incredibly more expensive than the alternative. A gallon and a half of premium gas and a container of 2-cycle fluid is less than half the price, and takes 90 seconds to mix. If you use very little fuel, have the extra money, and shy away from doing things yourself, buy it...otherwise, don't.

* If you have a larger container of regular gasoline, and a smaller 1/2 gallon container for 2-cycle mix, you can mix what you need when you need it, and not be locked into having it all for 2-cycle engines, in the event you might need regular for something else (car/scooter/lawn mower/generator/etc).

Probably not. And sure many more, like me, clicked it having no idea what it was. My only thought was some runners drink (all the rage) but being HD I nixed that idea.

While a great non-Ethanol solution to 2-cycle engine fuel, make certain that ALL the lids are tight BEFORE you leave the store.

NOTE: this may not be a problem with a sealed 6-pack.

Bought a can a of TrueFuel at that other box store (L***s) placed my purchases in a bag and set it on the front seat. When I returned to the car half of the 32oz can of EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE LIQUID had leaked out of the "loose lid" onto the seat and cushion leaving an overpowering odor and oil stain.

Unlike other such flammable liquids that require a metal can, I was shocked to find that there is NO INNER SEAL to prevent such an accident from happening in transit home!

Thus far L***s accepts no responsibility pointing to the vendor in Louisiana and the vendor has only a voice mail for their Customer Service?

NOT a happy camper! Mad

$14 per gallon for ethanol free 93 octane, long shelf life gas, free shipped to home. Hmm. At that price maybe its cheaper and easier to remove the ethanol yourself. There are instructions online where you add water to absorb the ethanol, then the water/ethanol sinks to the bottom and you drain it out, leaving you pure gasoline.

Anyone know why they use 93 octane? What would that do to lawn mower engines vs. 87?
