To remove a line or cancel service call us at 800.331.0500. Once connected, select option 3, and then select option 3.

My friends who got in on this deal got their order cancel after ordering a couple hours after me, and mine shipped. Has anyone had their's cancel based on a stupid reason like they could not verify your information? This has been the second time AT&T fawked people over based on their mistake. I have the number to the office of the president rep, Kirk Hooper if anyone wants to file a complain. Also filing at complain with the BBB will help a lot.

Galaxy S4 Sim-Unlocking the hard way (not recommended for the faint of heart)

Remember you are a previous customer.

A few users including myself fallowed these directions and have been successful. Request unlock from AT&T using the link above. WAIT for the unlock code. Once you receive the unlock code (less than 24 hours for me) insert the sim for another carrier and enter code when prompt appears to unlock. Then, if need be, call your CURRENT provider and activate phone/sim. ENJOY

How do just get the phone w/o the monthly. I selected no contract but still stated monthly billing schedule.

Maybe I'm missing it because I'm looking from my phone, but I only see that it's free with new service or an upgrade? Don't see an outright purchase price?

I think you have to buy the no annual contract version, pay the first month, and then disconnect it. I'm sure someone else here has gone through this before.

I ordered the galaxy note 3 earlier. You have to select no annual contract to see it for $179.99.

For people viewing this on their mobile phones:

add it to cart
enter zip code
then select no contract

I went through this with iPhone 4S long time ago. We had 3 days from activation to disconnect the service to get activation charge refunded. They activated the phone before they shipped out and it took 4 days to get. Talking to CS was a kind of hassle with some asking to return the phone etc. At the end got the phone with the non contract price. I don't know if their policies changed now.

You don't deserve deals if you're dumb enough to give your money to Verizon
