Never heard of them, true. But their phone has some top notch specs. As good if not better as any modern phone out there.

This is a very eagerly awaited handset, its rrp is $299 for a 16gb and 64gb for $349, the new Snapdragon 801, 5.5 inch screen and 3gb of ram, running modified CM11, this is better spec`s and price than the Nexus 5

Pretty much everybody in the tech world has heard of them since today is their big launch. A little googling and you would already seen reports from engadget, the verge, cnet, and a bunch of other tech websites reporting on it.

Good luck on being one of the 100 people chosen. They should have asked what phone you're willing to smash since I'm sure that's valuable. This is already publicized on all the Android and tech blogs with readers thinking they're going to be able to smash their 7 year old Moto RAZR flip phone or Nextel Blackberry. Lets be real, people smashing old Blackberries is much less of a valuable marketing picture than you smashing a Samsung S4/S5. These guys will expect a moderately new phone to be smashed.

I personally hope they choose me, I have a Nexus 4 that I'd be happy to smash. My daily driver Note 3 is still too valuable.

Their phone is going to be an interesting device, but anyone who thinks a cheap unlocked GSM phone bought directly from the manufacturer is going to change the game seems to forget Google STILL hasn't changed the game on their 5th iteration of direct to consumer Nexus phone.

Great phone but you're going to need an invite to purchase one early.

Until such time they can be purchased and shipped, this is VAPORWARE.

TD, this isn't a deal, this is an advertisement for an unreleased product that won't be on sale for some time.

Anyone know if this will get LTE from T-mobile? I don't see the 1700/2100 on the specs of the phone, so i'm guessing not.
I can wait for this to come out and get the 64gb version for $349...sounds like a good deal to me if it works for T-mobile.

First they have a bunch of kids do a smear campaign, then they announced that you need an invite to BUY their phone, now they want you to smash your FLAGSHIP phone so you can enter in a DRAWING to buy their phone for $1.

And here I thought I couldn't be more be more disgusted them.

Also lol at their never settle bullshit, especially without a micro sd and non removable battery (yet it has a removable back cover so they can sell you colored sheets of plastic for $40).

Only 2 things holding this phone back. No expandle memory slot, no removable battery. Otherwise, very powerful and running CyanogenMod so you can't really go wrong.

T-Mobile operates their LTE on band 4 and this phone supports 1, 3, 4, 7, 17, 38, and 40, so it will work.
