Through Y'allstore on eBay.
Did see one at least one sale of this commented on in seller's feedback. Apparently it was legit and it's a generic/reference board (?)
EDIT: Be aware that this auction seems a bit suspect, since the specs don't match what a GTX 650 Ti should have. Or maybe it's a newly developed cheaper version with lower quality components.

It's most likely a much older GTX 8800, which gets 784 on PassMark , much lower than the recent $35 Radeon HD 6670 which gets 1K+. The actual card may be on par with the recent $10 Radeon HD 5450, probably worse.

In here , the fake cards don't work with NVIDIA drivers, just the driver that comes in the DVD.
Fake 770s are being sold with starting bids of $150 and Buy It Now of $199. The cards look the same only the fan color is different. The same stupid DDR3 RAM is listed in the specs.
