EDIT 2: BASED ON INFO PRESENTED IN THIS THREAD, PRODUCT IS ALMOST CERTAINLY A FAKE. BEWARE!

Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB 384Bit DDR3 PCI-E

Through Y'allstore on eBay.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-2GB-3...0878031913

Did see one at least one sale of this commented on in seller's feedback. Apparently it was legit and it's a generic/reference board (?)

EDIT: Be aware that this auction seems a bit suspect, since the specs don't match what a GTX 650 Ti should have. Or maybe it's a newly developed cheaper version with lower quality components.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT COSTS ~$10

Here's a discussion about it: http://www.tomshardware.com/answe...-info.html

It's most likely a much older GTX 8800, which gets 784 on PassMark [videocardbenchmark.net], much lower than the recent $35 Radeon HD 6670 which gets 1K+. The actual card may be on par with the recent $10 Radeon HD 5450, probably worse.

It's usually sold here:

http://easy-taobao.com/taobao/vie...0820411598

It's being passed of as GTX 660 TI sometimes. There's even:

a GPU-Z screenshot [taobaocdn.com]

and an NVIDIA Inspector screenshot. [onliner.by]

In here [tomshardware.com], the fake cards don't work with NVIDIA drivers, just the driver that comes in the DVD.

------------------

Fake 770s are being sold with starting bids of $150 and Buy It Now of $199. The cards look the same only the fan color is different. The same stupid DDR3 RAM is listed in the specs.

One of the fake 770s:

The images they use seem to be pulled from here: http://www.superstoremarket.com/g...-card.html

I'm not sure what to make of this deal... I have my $15 eBay coupon burning a hole in my wallet, and this is tempting but suspicious.

don't worry about it not working or being to good to be true, ebay will refund your money if you something goes wrong. Buyer wins in almost every case unless you don't follow the policy "like threatening feedback for money(extortion) not submitting a case within 45 days of purchase stuff like that.

you'd think that eBay would actually protect you but in several circumstances I've had to contact manufacturers and get notes of inauthenticity in order to get the morons on cs to agree the items shipped were a counterfeit from some dude from china with 100% feedback scamming people. eBay customer support sucks (especially in comparison to a certain rival) and I strongly suggest if there is ANY question to legitimacy you do not take that jump.

bus rates double at ddr3 usually to be on the same level speed as ddr5 . Now they could have come out with a ddr3 model in china or something and that's why it's reference. Or it could be the seller listed it wrong and it is a regular 650 and instead of being 384 bus he meant it has 384 cuda cores. A lot of questions maybe ask the seller before buying?

That's why you pay with credit card through paypal and chargeback through your credit card company if something goes wrong and you don't agree with paypals decision

If it's real, it's a tremendous deal.

Use a credit card with good customer service in case you need to dispute the charge.

Having a hard time trying to track the normal price for this card, anyone got an idea of what it goes for these days?
