EDIT 2: BASED ON INFO PRESENTED IN THIS THREAD, PRODUCT IS ALMOST CERTAINLY A FAKE. BEWARE!

Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB 384Bit DDR3 PCI-E

Through Y'allstore on eBay.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-2GB-3...0878031913

Did see one at least one sale of this commented on in seller's feedback. Apparently it was legit and it's a generic/reference board (?)

EDIT: Be aware that this auction seems a bit suspect, since the specs don't match what a GTX 650 Ti should have. Or maybe it's a newly developed cheaper version with lower quality components.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT COSTS ~$10

Here's a discussion about it: http://www.tomshardware.com/answe...-info.html

It's most likely a much older GTX 8800, which gets 784 on PassMark [videocardbenchmark.net], much lower than the recent $35 Radeon HD 6670 which gets 1K+. The actual card may be on par with the recent $10 Radeon HD 5450, probably worse.

It's usually sold here:

http://easy-taobao.com/taobao/vie...0820411598

It's being passed of as GTX 660 TI sometimes. There's even:

a GPU-Z screenshot [taobaocdn.com]

and an NVIDIA Inspector screenshot. [onliner.by]

In here [tomshardware.com], the fake cards don't work with NVIDIA drivers, just the driver that comes in the DVD.

------------------

Fake 770s are being sold with starting bids of $150 and Buy It Now of $199. The cards look the same only the fan color is different. The same stupid DDR3 RAM is listed in the specs.

One of the fake 770s:

I've bought this one as well and it arrived yesterday. After a short check and 3DMark06 benchmark I can say this is a GeForce 9600GT with reduced memory clocks. In addition I can see an HDMI input on the top of the card, next to the SLI connector. This can also confirm that this is a G94 card. Later I'm gonna check the memory ICs to find out the real capacity.

Benchmark result: 10700 3dmarks with an Athlon II X4 @3.5GHz CPU on Win7 64bit with 4GB DDR2 RAM. It's below the result of a 9600GT but it's okay because this fake card's memory works only on 700 (1400) Mhz instead of the 9600GT's 900 (1800) MHz.

Additional info (13.07.2014):

I've disassembled the card. The GPU looks like a G94 (9600GT). It totally differs from the GK106 GPU.

The RAM IC on the card is Samsung K4J10324QD-H12 that means it's a 1Gbit IC with 1600 MHz clock speed. The card has got 8 RAM ICs so it has got 1GB memory onboard.

Can we get some detailed images please? Thanks bro.

Here's a comparison what I made. Left is the fake GTX650's GPU, middle is the real G94 (9600GT) GPU, right is the real GK106 GPU.

You all are idiots. You have GDDR3 if you kept it as the same bit rate be on per with the 630/640 they gave it higher bit to knock it up to around 140gb/s at 6000mhz memory. That makes sense, you.should learn before you say it's fake, the nvidia site obvs won't say it that China company not MSI, CLUB 3D etc is it so nvidia won't follow them. You can have a reference board and change the memory. To bring down the costs they used GDDR3 which is way way cheaper than GDDR5. The card seems legit to me from what I can see and priced not amazing but FAIR. Just bare in mind it's on GDDR3. god you morons need to learn about computers
Hey smartass, why don't you buy this fake card and have it for the rest of your life? You would deserve it. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

bus rates double at ddr3 usually to be on the same level speed as ddr5 . Now they could have come out with a ddr3 model in china or something and that's why it's reference. Or it could be the seller listed it wrong and it is a regular 650 and instead of being 384 bus he meant it has 384 cuda cores. A lot of questions maybe ask the seller before buying?

That's why you pay with credit card through paypal and chargeback through your credit card company if something goes wrong and you don't agree with paypals decision

Christ you are a friggin idiot! If I was you I would stay home because you probably are to dumb to walk safely! Yes this is a old post! But I can't stand it when a idiot argues against something that is so obvious it screams the truth! And you are likely to dupe some other idiot like you to get ripped off buying one of these fake cards! Some people actually have to work hard for their money. And that is something you should show respect for!

I know this is a late reply, but are you SERIOUSLY gonna say it typo's and the ddr3 that keep the card from running anything higher then DirectX10? Or maybe a conspiracy between Nvidia and evga/asus/ect,is to blame for lack of DirectX11 on these FAKE CARDS WITH ALTERED BIOS!
