Cannot view Tigerdirect invoices

Whenever I try to see an invoice, it takes me back to the login screen. Has anyone gotten this?

Yes, it has happened to me. My work PC (IE10) does it, but not my home PC (IE11). It doesn't matter, though, if you use Chrome. I told Customer Service about this, but that having an impact is about as forceful as a mosquito against a semi.

You can get a copy of the invoice via e-mail thru the "INVOICES" link on the Customer Service Help & FAQ's area. You can also try the "View Invoice" link when you are looking at the Order #.....I just tried and was able to print our an invoice that I was not this past Friday....Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Their site is pretty shitty...

Workarounds:
a) Go to the order history page and open the view invoice link in a new tab. The new tab should ask you to log in; do so and it will take you back to the my account page. Close that tab and go back to the order history tab from before. Now click on the view invoice link and it should work.
b) Request an email invoice [tigerdirect.com]
c) Try again at a different time of day. This is generally only an issue at certain times during the evening.
d) Click the direct link in the shipment update email [imgur.com]

ya, I have same problem, I have to go to help & have them email invoice. Almost seems like they do this shit on purpose so we don't complete rebate.

now having trouble printing 4myrebate mail in rebate forms, they print on 2 pages with label half on first page, half on the other, any ideas to print to form on only 1 page?

If you're using Firefox (latest version 29), click on the menu button top-left and then "Print" and from there you can scale the page to fit on one sheet of paper.

tried email, but it was a mess. they should sent pdf.
then googled and found this link at the top.

8 months and still not fixed.... I see.. TD trying to prevent us from getting our rebates!

TD's site with regards to invoices almost always works correctly for me without any kind of work around.
