Last year when this deal came up, it lasted for 1 month. Keep this in mind.
Last year's deal didn't last a month, it lasted a little more than one week. (Originally, it was scheduled for 7 days, but was extended for one extra day, for a total of 8 days.) Here's a link to last year's deal:
http://slickdeals.net/permadeal/97114/chase---chase-ink-business-card-earn-60000-bonus-points-after-spending-5000-in-first-3-months?#comments

Q - Do I need to have a real business?
A - Since these are business cards, the answer is technically yes. However, selling products on Ebay or Craigslist can be still be considered “businesses”, for which you may need a business card. The process may be more stringent.

==============================================================

NOTE:

If you're on a tight budget, you may want to wait a few days before applying. The spending requirements are based on calendar months, starting with the date of application. If your application is approved on May 1st, you'll have just 3 months to meet the bonus limits. Suggest waiting to May 4th to apply, that would give applicants the entire months of May, June, July and the first FEW DAYS of August to make the purchasing requirements.

If I previously had one card, is it possible to get another and still get the reward/bonus?

Wondering if I should apply for Chase Ink Plus too. I already have chase ink bold. I can close ink bold and keep Ink plus. I had Ink Bold MC version and had them convert it to Visa (For SavingsEdge). So effectively, I didn't get bonus for Bold too. Looks solid to apply the non fee card. With this and the Amex no fee one, I should be good for 50K spend in office stores.

Not on same card. Ink Bold was a Mastercard earlier. Now its a Visa. If you had MC earlier, you can cancel and reapply. You will get the bonus as technically, its a new card. But with chase, you get bonus only once/lifetime for one card.

fwiw, Chase seemed to have tightened up their approval for the business card for sole proprietors on new 'start ups'. My wife applied for the bold late last year and we only had to verify social security number and got approved.

I tried to apply yesterday and got rejected because my projected 'income' and 'expense' were too low.

Our personal FICO are >800.

Short answer: yes. But in my experience, instant approval is much more unlikely and the questions they give for reconsideration delve fairly deeply into whatever business it is that you are claiming.

Too bad MS is much more of a pain these days without the benefit of VRs at CVS.

Very true... you will need to call them up and answer about a dozen questions before they approve you.

It was a sad day for me when I walked in to my local "hey we have dozens of VRs go for it" CVS and got the invalid tender error. Did a quick Google search and walked out of CVS in this fashion:
