I didnt even know they made a 4g version of this. Not a bad deal at all... but for about the same money, you can get an original surface rt, which is slightly better (provided you don't need the 4g that is). Having used RT for quite some time, its not for everyone... but for those who don't need legacy apps and use IE, RT is not a bad os at all.

Can it be unlocked for Tmobile?

Weird... How come there's no love for this one? I know it's a RT.. But still, it's a $150 4G tablet! If it's just a regular vivo tab at $150 then it'll just be blah...

In addition to 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity, this Vivo Tab also has the ability to use LTE mobile broadband. While you will have to purchase a data plan from your AT&T service provider to access their LTE network (sold separately). This unit is locked to AT&T only .

For most people, getting locked into an AT&T data plan is not a benefit.

Yes but you can unlock it to use on t-mobiles 200mb free data plan. I know there's tons of better windows 8 tablets out there... But this is $150 people, not $450.

tablets are not locked to carriers since they are data only not phone service, you just replae the sim with Tmobile

AT&T customer support just confirmed this, only their mobile devices are locked, not tablets/ipads

Really? I brought an AT&T 4g pantech element tablet last time when a4c had that deal, and it was locked so I had to go through the whole process of getting the unlock code, use a different carrier sim card and etc.. I imagine this one would be the same.

check the bands it supports before purchasing for TM. Love Surface RT, hated this tablet - poor quality IMO

Why do people have to beg to go easy on? We're doing something wrong here.
Btw, add 4G ATT to your title.
