I have the E210 and it's the perfect grill for a small-medium family. $400 is standard price for it until end-of-year sales kick in so this isn't bad for this time of year! We got ours on an end-of-year sale at Meijer for 20% of so it was $320.

First time homeowner here... when do the year-end sales kick in for grills usually, if you know? I'm weighing waiting until then to save some money or purchasing now at full price (or a minor discount like this) but being able to use the rest of the summer.

its extremely rare to find weber on a deal so this is great stuff op. the rewards + free shipping and no tax for most makes these webers a great deal imho.
on a side note, weber makes the best grills in my experience. i have 3 webers at home, smokey joe gold charcoal (for on the go), 22" charcoal kettle (for most bbq's at home) and a genesis e330 (for hosting big parties at home). absolutely love these grills and am considering to upgrade to a weber performer gold this summer.
oh and the best charcoal for me with out a doubt is royal oak all natural hardwood lump charcoal, i always get it at walmart [walmart.com]

Purificada is correct, very rarely do Weber grills go on sale. I have the performer gold and love it. I used to be a propane griller but once I learned how use a charcoal grill and cook on it I can't ever see going back to propane. Purificada is correct, very rarely do Weber grills go on sale.

my first weber lasted about 12 years. the burners started to finally go so i replaced them and used it for a few more years. ended up selling it on CL for $250. Went right out and bought another weber (genesis). best grill i have ever owned.

parts are not that expensive, and parts interchange across many grill models and are available for models that are 20+ years old. and they hold their value. not to mention excellent weber customer service and the fact that they cook perfectly every time.

well said fourml8r. love the story on your 12 year old weber that you did some updates to, used for a couple more years and then sold on CL... only with a weber is that even imaginable. regarding the weber genesis - i have it and truly love it however i must encourage you, at some point, to get some form of a weber charcoal grill, not in lieu of the genesis but rather to alternate between the two for lots of different styles of grilling/bbq'ing...
Cheers

Got the Q120 when they had this deal about a year ago. Weber makes a solid product Smilie . I am glad they have improved it for 2014, now being known as the Q1200.

Wouldn't it be just as good to buy some discounted Lowes or Home Depot gift cards?

# 2 reason against buying "resold" gift cards [huffingtonpost.com]

it was really nice to give my wife a gift card last year (From a "reputable" site) and when she went to buy something for herself on valentines day to get notified the gift card balance was $0. that says love. gift cards in general are nothing more than a scam for retailers, it benefits them in MANY ways and there is almost no benefit to the consumer,

Guess I've gotten lucky. Just purchased a McDonalds $50, and full balance is there. Check it weekly to verify balance. Most online sites give you 45 day guarantee. I would buy the Lowes cards and use them within that time.

Good deal on Weber, especially at the beginning of the BBQ Season.

After the season maybe you can knock off another $10 to $50, but I'd say the fun of a full season is much more than $50!

BTW, one idea to use the buydig cash back is to buy the grill cover.
