Tough choice between this and the Zeiss 32mm F/1.8, that now being 520 dollars. That's only an 120 dollar premium for Zeiss glass. But this one has OSS, so I'm not sure which to choose.

Also of note, BH's mobile website has a date next to the "Instant Savings" for these. Whether these are 100% guaranteed, I am not sure, but for what it's worth:

Carl Zeiss Touit 32mm f/1.8 for Sony E-mount for $520.00 (Says until August 31st, '14)

Sony SEL35F18 for Sony E-mount for $398.00 on BH (Says until July 5th, '14)

Also even more noteworthy is that they're basically giving you something like 50% off if you buy the combo of the Zeiss Touit 32mm f/1.8 and the Touit 12mm f/2.8, which is insane, but out of my price bracket. $919 for both (August 31st, '14)

P.S.: As a side note, the instant rebate date on BH held up true for the the A6000 + Zeiss 16-70 f/4, which I bought: $300 dollar savings said June 1st, '04; sure enough it was valid til then, and then as the clock hit midnight of the 2nd it was gone.
P.P.S.: Also while the Touit discounts are supposedly valid til August, bear in mind they can end up on backorder before then.

This is a great all-around lens. I use it the most with my NEX-6 compared to my other lens. It's important to note that bernardos70 makes a good point about the Zeiss F/1.8. That one used to cost almost $1000 when the SEL35F18 was first released. Picture clarity with the Zeiss is better due to superior optics but it lacks the optical stabilization feature of the SEL35F18 which would be mostly appreciated by the non-professionals.
