This is not a bad set especially at this price. It's nice having the extra plastic bin so you could add some other specialty items if you wanted.
I like that it includes a variety of small "torx" and hex bits. Often when I'm working on some small mechanical or electronic item I need a hex bit or sometimes torx. A lot of major brand sets made for "contractors" often don't include that but instead have lots of square bits (used a lot in construction and decking). But for a little carry-around kit I'd rather have the variety of bits of a set like this.
You could, but expect to break/strip/snap multiple bits depending on what you're driving. What you really need is a set that's impact rated and this one is not. The impact rated ones are made to handle the torque you're putting on them with an impact driver. These are made of softer metal and will not hold up well. Just keep watching slickdeals as they often show up for around this price or less, although they have fewer bits.
you need to use impact-rated bits with an impact gun. otherwise the bits will shatter and hit you in the face
when drilling, regardless of what it is, always wear safety glasses. last year when i was hanging some cabinets some asshole (myself) accidentally mixed in regular bits with impact bits and i went to drive the screw in and the bit shattered. the pieces flew into my face and if i wasn't wearing safety glasses i most definitely would have had permanent or very serious eye damage in both eyes
