Samsung $400 Rebate on Washer Dryer Pair for Movers

olevelo 31 18 July 1, 2014 at 06:05 PM
Just changed my address on USPS, and got an offer for a $400 rebate from Samsung on "any" new washer/dryer pair. Anyone get this? At the top it says "any" pair, then at the bottom it says "any qualified pair", but there's no reference to find out what pairs qualify. I was just about to go buy a new pair this evening! Any help is greatly appreciated!

Nope. I just bought the same pair as in the Hot Deals thread from Home Depot, so guess I'll find out in a few months after I mail everything off!

It doesn't look like a personalized link so I assume this will work for anyone.

Weird, it looked like it would work. Unfortunately that's the best I got.

Sorry that wasn't the full image. This is the one you'd want.

Yeah I wondered the same thing. But this is literally all the info there is! The webpage the USPS link takes you to is really just those two JPG's! I asked the Home Depot appliance person, but they had no idea. I looked up the address and found another rebate associated with it, but it was a Whirlpool number and they thought I was crazy. Only other thing I can think to do is call Samsung but haven't had time. I'm just going to send it in and see what happens. I just interpret "appliance rebate receipt" as whatever receipt you're given!

called samsung rebates division monday to if they had any further insight. bad news: they told me the po box given on the pdf you posted doesnt exist with them. he could have been wrong, but he said that rebate offer is not valid. i sent it out too, but i'm definitely not getting my hopes up.

its also weird that on the rebate form it says on qualifying models only. yet it never asks you to write down on there which model pair was purchased.

Hmm, wonder how USPS gets these offers approved then, if it's not real? As far as the "qualifying models" go, I would assume that they just look at the receipt to find that out.
