Noooooooo! I'm just recovering from the Great CVS Gas Card rout!
wonder if can use RA gas cards at stations with cheaper gas...

crest mw 3.99 get 3UP
pic is cut off, can see L2 , sizes 1L and 473ml (clinical)
right now there are several $1/1 Qs (7/13RP is one)
(if you search dB for Qs, search crest rinse)

Unilever 5/15 may be MM (L2)
depending on Aug. VV
(believe this is the week they change?)
Included, but doubtful a MM choice:
Magnum/Fruttare 2/$7 Licklips
get your $1/1 blinkies at local grocery store (also saw Fruttare @ a WAGs)

TYSM for posting ad and PDF

I'm gonna need a bigger purse. Annoyed...................

I know - I'm not a big fan of gas cards at all. When everyone else got all excited about the return of gas cards at CVS I was not happy. We get discounted fuel from grocery store deals that we rarely go anywhere else for gas and my fav/cheapest CVS store in town won't sub for CVS money cards.

I'm very curious to see how the gas cards work out at RA.

Yes; WTF is this Gas Card deal ... first you have to buy, then you get the Code, then you enter the Code and Wait 20/30 Days to get the same $10 that you can get instantly via RA Up ??

Like the P-n-G Magazine Deal (which was an extra) a couple of months ago, the Gas Cards Codes might "run out" too !!??!!

My CVS were giving out shell gas cards. one problem there are no shell gas stations anywhere around here. So it is kind of a worthless deal for me at CVS too.

With the gas card deal does it all have to be on one receipt or does it track? Looking at the Tide if you can do 2 receipts this may be a good deal with the P&G Laundry rebate going on right now.

Transaction #1
Tide $4.94 X 4 = $19.76
Less $2/1 Q's(4)= - 8.00
OOP = $11.76 plus tax

Transaction #2
Tide $4.94 X 3 = $14.82
Less $2/1 Q's(3) = - 6.00
OOP $8.82 plus tax

Total $11.76+$8.82=$20.58 get $10 Gas Card and send in for $10 rebate from P&G for Laundry 7/1-9/30. So .58 plus tax for 7 Tide. Only if you can do 2 transactions for Gas Card if tracking.

It tracks.

Rebate is $30 after all coupons, including ECB. So you would need more trxns and not to pay with ECB to get the rebate.

One other thing about the gas card deal is it says sent via mail limit 1 per household. Doing the P&G deal on multiple cards may not work very well unless you can use other people's addresses who you trust won't keep the gas card.

For me, I think the gas card would have to be viewed as a "bonus" to buying anything in the deal.
So for the Tide (as spelled out by DJH715) I would look at it this way...
7 Tide for $10.58 after coupons and P&G mail in rebate is a good price...but there is the whole after coupon thing.
Then can get a bonus $10 gas card.
But still stuck with just doing it one time because of the P&G MIR. And I hate relying on MIR as part of a deal.

So forget the MIR part...
buy Tide for $2.94 each with $2 coupon and if you want the gas card buy 7 of them.

Ok, I am coming up with couple of scenarios with DD....

If you don't care about MIR then:
Buy 5 Tides + 2 Crest MW: 5 x $4.94 + 2 x $3.99 - 5 x $2 (Tide Q) - 2 x $1 (Crest MW Q) = pay $20.68 and get $10 Gas Card + 2 x $3 Crest UP (Final: $4.68 for all).

And if you want to get for MIR (assuming you have 2 addresses for Gas Card promo):
Repeat above transaction twice but use only 4 Tide Q in second transaction (to meet $30 MIR spend).

T1: $4.68 + T2: $6.68 = pay $11.36 and get $10 MIR.........10 Tide and 4 Crest MW for $1.36bouncebouncebounce

Nice plan. I will have to think on that.
An FYI for people who have stores that read the fine print. It says limit 4 on the Tide.

Where do you get the $2 coupon from forr Tide?

EDIT: I found my answer by looking at the upcoming ad. I see the coupon is advertised in the ad, so I assume it will be coming on Sunday, July 27th in probably the P&G insert.

Isn't it just going to be a code we send it that will print out when we hit $30? So hopefully there will be no after or before coupon junk because I am assuming we will not be sending in receipts? Or will we as well?
