I contacted Newegg. They said contact the seller. So I contacted the seller and they said Newegg was the one shipping. So I got the runaround and no answers.
I went back to Newegg to find out about my order and they said it was cancelled. But they didn't tell me why.
Now the item shows a price of $99,999.00 which the OOS price. I suspect it may never have been in stock. I got the same message in my UPS acct.
I got the same deal - emailed FH Group and they said Newegg was sending it. Chatted with Newegg and they said FHG was sending it and suggested I call them rather than email. Called up FHG and the CSR seemed to know about this already. She said they were sending a bulk shipment to Newegg warehouses and that then Newegg would send them out. She said she wasn't sure if Newegg would give me a tracking number when they finally send it out, but not to expect one and not to expect it to "ship any time soon".
Neither of them said my order was canceled, though. I'm a little annoyed at the confusion on Newegg/FHG's end, but I'd rather keep my order and not get it for a couple of weeks than have it canceled. It seems like it would be a bad idea on Newegg's part to cancel any orders since then they'd be stuck with product they don't normally sell.
