If you go into a local Chase Bank, you can see a signup bonus of 70k Ultimate Rewards for 5k Min spending in 3 months.

I signed up for the Ink Plus in May (60k), and i was able to get chase to adjust the 10k difference. Just secure message them asking politely.

Note: Reports of getting adjusted bonus for both Ink Plus AND Bold

-Renz

Edit: Clarifying 70k UR points.

$70,000 for spending $5000 in first 3 months? WTF?

or is it 70K points. This is probably clickbait.

yea, business card with 95 annual fee.
However, if you signed up in May (small business month), annual fee is waived for first year + you get the adjusted 10k points.

Post is mainly for those who signed up in May to get the additional 10k, or for churners.

The 60k offer got the first year annual fee waived. If you want to match this offer, I am afraid the first year annual fee will apply

I do not believe this is true, at least for me. They credited the 10k points without the AF.

"Thank you for contacting Chase about your request to match
the sign-up bonus offer on your Ink Plus account.

I am pleased to inform you that I have added 10,000 points
to your account ending in XXXX so that it receives a total
of 70,000 points for an enrollment bonus. These points
are available for redemption immediately. You will see
this adjustment on the next statement."

Maybe you are right. But as far as I know, "match" means you skip to this offer and you need to accept the "terms and conditions" for this offer. I really do not know. But, anyhow, 10k for $95 is not bad.

It's worth the tradeoff for me as well since I value UR points around 2 cents per point. I opened the card under the 60K offer so I sent CS a message as well.

Wonder what the chances would be of signing up for the 50k offer online (no fee) and then requesting a match to the 70k?
