This is a great floor - but heads up to parents looking to actually put this on the floor:

1) The tiles go together pretty darn good

2) The letters/numbers (and their inserts) come out and are able to be separated/removed

I HIGHLY recommend setting it all up in an 8x8 square, flipping the whole thing over and covering EVERY crack & EVERY letter/number - that way it can be a floor Smilie

Worked like a charm for us, hope this helps!

Almost got me.

36 pieces but this is not 6pieces x 6 pieces. Says 36 inches meaning it is 3x3 pieces.

I guess the letters and numbere swap out.

3x3 vs 6x6 is a world of diff.

It's 36 foam tiles, not 36 pieces,

It covers 36 square feet including the borders, and is slightly over half an inch thick

it should be 6x6 according to the description

Thanks & repped for the post. Wish I had time to pick it up from the store.

Is TRU still a Shoprunner partner? Seems like none of the items I ever check on their site is eligible.

From the Toys r us product description :

"When fully assembled in rows of six with border trim, the mat covers 36 sq. ft. The foam is 0.5” thick and provides a safe and soft play surface for both indoor and outdoor fun."

Uhhh....Toy's R' Us have safety standards for children's toys and supplies...

Made in China...is...made in China...poisonous...and probably old, dusty, and used but selling as new...I won't be surprised if they made these out of used condoms some how...
