Thread Details

T-Mobile is reimbursing current and former T-Mobile customers who incurred unauthorized Premium Text Message charges can participate in this program. You are not required to remain a T-Mobile customer to participate in the program.

Please note that Premium Text Message charges for charitable contributions, political campaign donations, and inmates' collect call services are not eligible.

You can either get all the charges reimbursed or go for flat $40 reimbursement.

This is so stupid. After 6+ years, how do I find out what my start date with T-Mobile was?

Got this in an email. Wanted to check if it was legit and found news on it. Kind of like a class action case, but T-mo is giving refunds for previous charges. Here is the website I got linked to:

Because it sets of deal alerts based on keywords. Each repost using those keywords will do the same. It gets annoying.

Calm down, It doesn't matter what YOU think...It's his(op) job to do a search prior to making a thread to make sure somebody else hasn't already posted the same thing. People have deal alerts set as explained below and it's against the rules.

If you're missing deals then set an alert and stop crying about it. It's a community forum, It's not just about YOU.

Pull up a bill online, and it should be listed in there. Even a summary bill shows it, you don't have to pull up the one with all call logs. My summary bill has it on page 1, in the top right.
