I bought this phone several months back from HSN for 100$ with no line credit. Never had a smart phone before, so I cant really compare it to anything else. It does what I need it to do (calling, texting, checking email, playing scrabble, alarm clock, simple stuff), and prolly does a lot more, i just havnt figured those things out yet. Seems fast enough. Camera is decent, not great. Can be a bit glitchy. Have had to power down and remove battery more than a few times. BUT love the phone bill from t-mobile. Way lower than what I had.... verizon with no data was almost 2x what I pay at t-mobile with data for 4 phones. Got the kids the same phone, they are happy to have a smart phone, very happy. Seems that with a 50$ line credit, that this is a very good deal. Was able to get great protective phone cases off ebay for about 6$. if anyone needs a smart phone for t-mobile, i would definitely recommend,

If you have been with Tmobile for more than a year, you may be able to get this phone for $24. Just call Tmobile and ask them to transfer you to the loyalty department.

The hsn link does not mention anything about a 50 dollar promotion. Did I miss it. If it exists is it only for postpaid plans or can it be applied towards the killer 100 min multiple gigs of lte prepaid plan. I am guessing credit postpaid only.

I found this under the FEATURES tab. Check the lines that I made bold.
It states exactly what you like to see.
I think the all secret of this deal is to ensure that it is HSN who brings the customer to T-Mobile.

I checked with HSN to verify that $50 credit is per phone, and not per account.

Are you guessing or do you know for sure? My wife with tmobile and her phone just died, she needs a new one.

So is it the ISIS Wallet credit? That what I'm seeing.

Also, can the $30 a month plan work with this and ISIS? I'm sick of Virgin Mobile's crap coverage. $25 dollar a month plan be damned.

Very interested... please explain exactly how you convince them? We've had an account there for 4 years and we called to get the phone replaced (under warranty) - I'd much rather have a different phone.

It is simple. Just call the CSR and ask them to transfer to Loyalty Department. If you have been with them for 12+ months and with qualified plan, you will get a discount which may vary depending on your account status and phone chosen. If you are not qualified, then no deal. Insist to talk to Loyalty Department, the CSR knows nothing and may turn you down.
I am 100% sure about this as I have ordered mine a couple days ago.

Same here. Talk to Loyalty dept, he'll not ask any question.

Did anyone get the deal through the loyalty dept who has not been with T-mobile for the full 12 months? I called a few days ago and they turned me down on the Galaxy Light because I had only been there for 11 months.
