1. Galaxy Light or LG L90 for $24
2. Galaxy Avant for $96
3. Galaxy S4 or LG G2 for $240
I got the LG L90 and the S4, I paid the taxes up front and installment plan for $11 a month for 24 months for both phones.
I'm also in the $110 for 5 lines with unlimited talk and text with 2.5 GB of data. They are still doing Corporate Discount as well. For me it's $113 for 5 lines before the new phone add on.
I hope this help.
> click "track by reference" and enter the T-Mobile phone number used to upgrade, this will pull up your tracking info if T-Mobile hasn't texted or emailed it to you. Of course, this will only work if your phones have shipped. Generally they ship out the day after your credit card gets charged.
Prepaid accounts are NOT eligible for this promotion! - you must be on a regular monthly billed plan that had a credit check to get started.
LG L90 vs Galaxy Light:
- 4.7" screen vs. 4" screen
- 4G vs 4G + LTE
- quad core vs quad core (though they are just about the same in real world use)
- no NFC vs has NFC feature (for AMEX Serve + ISIS promo)
- both have microSD slots for additional storage space
- 2460mAh vs 1800mAh
-no ambient light sensor (meaning no auto-brightness) vs [can someone with a Galaxy Light chime in? Update: I have been using it for 2 weeks and it doesn't seem like the auto-brightness activates either so I guess it's a no]
For those who live in a major metropolitan area, you should spend the extra money and get the Samsung Galaxy Avant for $96. It's the first T-Mobile phone to be compatible with the 700 MHz A Block spectrum (i.e. band 12) that they bought from Verizon. T-Mobile's 700 MHz network should be live by the end of the year and will offer better building penetration than the frequencies currently used by T-Mobile's network.
*Quicker way to reach Loyalty: 1. Dial 611. 2. Say Cancel. 3. Say Continue when it asks you if you want discontinue service (this sounds intimidating, but it will take you directly to them hassle-free). Also, don't forget to ask for loyalty credits if they do not mention any and post on the forum of what you get!
**Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for other loyalty discounts. For the 1000 minute value plan, I was able to get either $10 off for 6 months or $50 credit. Just wanted to let you guys know. Others on older legacy plans may be eligible for $10 off for 24 months, or a one month bill credit and possibly more.
all these deals were posted onthis forum http://slickdeals.net/f/7112300-t-mobile-lg-optimus-l90-50-ymmv?v=1 , I got 2 L90's for total 60 shipped. To qualify for these offers: must be t-mobile member for at least 1 year, IDK if this works with non Post-paid simple choice plans, probably not. To get to a rep. follow these steps: 1. call 611 from t-mobile phone, say representative to machine when asked, 3. tell rep. "Please transfer me to your loyalty department" if rep. asks why say" I called a week ago because i was thinking of leaving because phones where to expensive, but rep. said " wait a week because we're going to have special prices for loyal customers, they told me to just get transferred to the loyalty department", 4. mention their summer savings program and that you would like to get the (what ever phone you want) and the special price, 5. rep. will check if you are qualified to get the promo prices, 6. will ask if you want want EIP or upfront payment
