Several posts inform users that this is a deferred-interest credit card. Deferred-interest credit cards charge you the interest for the balance held across the full 15 months of the 0-apr introductory rate.

In addition to the regular financing options available during this period, a number of special promotions will surface as well. Most of these promotions are actually deferred interest plans. Often advertised with bold tag lines stating “0% Interest for 12 months” or “Special Financing,” these plans sound great but the fine print reveals how financially disastrous they can be since the regular rate applies retroactively to the entire original balance if you do not pay in full by the end of the promotional period, or you make a late payment, no matter how much of the balance you have already paid back.
Chase's Slate card is not a deferred-interest credit card. It is a great card for getting out of debt and paying it off responsibly. Chase will START to charge interest on the remaining balance after 15 months.

Back? I thought it never left? Good deal tho. I jumped in on this about 6 months ago and am pretty happy with it.

Can you churn this offer? If so, how long do you have to wait between applications (or cancellation of the prior slate card)?

Edit: found this in the terms: "I understand that any new cardmember bonus offers for this product are not available to either current or previous cardmembers of this product who received a new cardmember bonus for this product in the last 24 months." Looks like every 2 years.

Yeah, I'm not aware that the terms of that offer had lapsed either.

Regardless, it's one of the only available offers for 0% intro APR on balance transfer *and* $0 balance transfer fee. Great deal if you're looking to BT.
