Sears has the below for $499 after code SEARS50 (price will be reflected at checkout) + receive $75 SYW credit for each.

Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. Top-Load Washer [sears.com]

Samsung 7.4 cu. ft. Electric Dryer [sears.com]

Another Option @ $479 EA with above coupon + $75 SYW credit (atleast for me)

Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. Top-Load Washer - White (Model # WA45H7000AW) - $479 AC [sears.com]

Samsung 7.4 cu. ft. Electric Dryer - White - $479 AC [sears.com]

Note1: SYW credit might vary per user account.

Note2: Make sure to check your SYW coupons, most ppl would have a $50 or $100 back on $499 appliance purchase that should stack with this. Also if you buy both appliances together then you will receive $150 SYW credit but the sears50 discount will be split among the two items

Thank you for posting. I will be purchasing a new electric dryer for the first time soon because my old one broke. While checking out this product, there is a section for required parts. Apparently, I can only select one of the listed options. How do I know what part I need?

How do you get this $75 in SYWR points? I don't see a coupon on their site and it's only giving me 55,500 points.

No such animal as a "Top Load Dryer" as your link states. At least I've never seen or heard of one. There are centrifugal dryers in existence and they are top load (and fairly small) but they really don't dry, they just remove most of the moisture. My gym has one for wet bathing suits. Some car washes have them for partially drying towels.

You will need the cord, a flex vent pipe and clamps

something like this
http://www.homedepot.com/p/Whirlp.../202204752

the 3 vs 4 outlet will be determined by what you have currently. Hope this helps.

Thank you! I have given you reputation points.

What's a bit strange is that Sears only allows me to choose one of the options. I can't purchase both a cord and a pipe, for example.

yeah not sure cause the reviews on HD and BB are favorable for the unit. IMO this is a good performance to value ratio given that both HD and BB have the units selling for significantly higher ($675-750).
