To be honest, this may not be in your best interest. We only accept returns for the first 30 days after purchase and we do not provide return shipping. If you still want to try to return your current device and possibly pay more to get this, then go ahead and message us.

At this time, we’re not able to have multiple devices under one account. Each device must be under a unique email address, but this works out really great because you can connect the accounts through Freedom Friends to receive even more free data each month.

Isn’t WiMAX getting shutdown?
Sprint has announced that WiMax will be phased out at the end of 2015. You will be able to get free internet servie for the next 14 months (Now -- December 2015) before it shuts off.
When will devices be shipped?
These Photons will be shipping in about 2-3 weeks. Your official data cycle/one-month free trial does not begin until the device ships.
Is this device new?
This is a Certified Pre-Owned FreedomPop Photon 4G WiMAX hotspot. While there has been some usage on the devices previously, they have been thoroughly inspected and repackaged by our logistics department and not a third party manufacturer. There have been physical damage checks, functionality checks, data wipe and factory reset, and radio frequency tests.

Can I exceed my data limit, even if it’s set to suspend itself?
With automatic top-up disabled (found in the Billing Settings of your account), your data service will suspend itself when you’re within 100MB of your data limit. Please note that there is a 3-hour delay in data reporting from Sprint’s towers to our system, so there is a slight chance that you can exceed your limit if there is significant usage within that 3-hour window. If you’re only browsing the web/reading articles, then you should be fine. However, if you’re doing high data usage activities during that window (such as Netflix or large downloads), then there’s a chance you can go over, since our system won’t recognize that you’re at your limit in time to suspend you. Please be aware of your data usage as your approach your limit. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to PM us.
