Edit: Some stores even have it as low as 499.97, but most only had 1 or 0 in stock, meaning you would get the display unit. I did note that Katy, Texas had 6 units @ 499.

I was looking for a 12 miter saw and found this great deal at my local Costco in the DFW area. The price is $150 less the regular price of 699. Its goes for $749 on Home Depot and Amazon. It has really good reviews on Amazon [amazon.com] and Home Depot [homedepot.com].
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I just saw it for $499.

It has the * in it which means it is about to get discontinued. YMMV

IMO * means it won't be restock/last units for the current season. I have seen many * come back after a few months to a year that had a *.

If you don't mind which store? I bought the last 2 non display units at the south ft worth store hoping to flip one.

This was in the Ellicott City, MD store. They had 2 left.

Fine slicer, but it's too big, heavy and cumbersome. I prefer the 10"

Thats funny because at the Arlington store which only had the display, which was missing parts, they couldn't mark it down any further. I will check it out. @ 499 that is almost 1/3 of the original price.

Southlake was completely sold out but I was able to get someone to lookup stock in the area. It seems most stores at 499 only had 1 unit which was the display. North Fort Worth had one in the box but that is too far to drive to maybe save $50. The katy store had like 6 on hand @ 499 as did the Baton Rouge store if anyone wants to do a road trip.
