These would make great HTPCs or cheap workstations for basic web browsing and word processing.

How's the CPU handling 1080P youtube video? I have a Celeron with ion 2 but some programs don't utilize ion 2 chip for hardware decoding so 1080P youtube video is choppy. Playing 1080P video in KMPlayer is fine though. Can this one be a good replacement for HTPC?

I was able to get a dell outlet refurb from this line but with an i3 and 1 tb hdd for about $240 with coupon and tax. It was something of a lucky find, but those who are patient can probably get it eventually.

Like you should expect with a SFF dell, upgrading - aside from RAM and HDD - is basically impossible due to the proprietary, non-standard size of the weak psu (less than 250 W). I tried adding a 7750 low-profile and it crapped out my system. Plus there are only 2 SATA ports (one occupied by HDD and the other by the OD).

Think you meant $500. That being so I don't know how this relates to a deal for $175 computers.

Super deal, but don't need 2. Big Grin
Normal list price is $399 so you basically save $450 which is a super deal if you need them.
Darn don't even need one but for that price? decision, decision again. shake head
