Excellent specs for the price. Even better value than the new Toshiba and Acer ones coming out. Makes me wish I didn't buy my Dell Venue 8 Pro.

Never heard of Winbook and a little research showed it's a store brand only for Microcenter.

This price is too good to be true with those specs. My only true concern is the screen quality but at this price I can understand.

After a closer look it's pretty thick but for me it's a good thing because it has a full size usb 3.0 port.

And the display is a IPS variety.

After reading the 10" model reviews I'm almost sold on the 8" model. A few complaints about the screen resolution which is understandable. But then again didn't Staples have the Dell Venue 8 pro for $190 this week? So maybe this is legit.

WinBook used to be a PREMIER maker of Pentium-era laptops. They came with a posh manual the size of a small phonebook. Custom made-to-order laptops, $2000+.

However, that was well over ten years ago, before the Gateway-Acer-Compaq-HP-Dell wars.
Not sure if they are still a company or owned-in-name-only.

Full size USB port on a 8-inch tablet? NICE.
But stress in-store-only, OP... DAMN... the only one near me closed.

Did a comparison with a few other Windows 8.1 tabs like the dell venue 8 pro and noticed that the cpu's are slightly different.

Winbook = Z3735D
Dell = Z3740D

CPU Benchmarks shows this below.

Intel Atom Z3735D @ 1.33GHz
CPU Class Laptop
Clockspeed 1.3 GHz
Turbo Speed Up to 1.8 GHz
# of Physical Cores 4
Max TDP 4.4W
First Seen on Chart Q2 2014
# of Samples 9
Single Thread Rating 360
CPU Mark 973

Intel Atom Z3740D @ 1.33GHz
CPU Class Laptop
Clockspeed 1.3 GHz
Turbo Speed Up to 1.9 GHz
# of Physical Cores 4
Max TDP 4.4W
First Seen on Chart Q2 2013
# of Samples 55
Single Thread Rating 349
CPU Mark 1069

So it looks like the Z3735D is the newer chip but the Z3740D is the faster chip.

Edit:
So I went to Intel's spec page and it shows that both cpu's can go up to 1.83 GHz but the graphic specs are slightly better on the Z3740D. And the Z3740D can do wireless display but the Z3735D cannot which is OK because I would rather have the physical HDMI port.

Z3735D
Processor Graphics ‡ Intel® HD Graphics
Graphics Base Frequency 311 MHz
Graphics Burst Frequency 646 MHz

Z3740D
Processor Graphics ‡ Intel® HD Graphics
Graphics Base Frequency 313 MHz
Graphics Burst Frequency 688 MHz
Intel® Quick Sync Video
Yes
Intel® Clear Video HD Technology Yes
Intel® Wireless Display
Yes

That is WiDi, Intel's proprietary format of the technology. The UNIVERSAL one is Miracast. (Usually if a receiver supports one, it is designed to support both.)

EVERY Windows 8.1 tablet with WiFi supports MiraCast.... it's built into the operating system.
