Yeah I agree. I dont own GH but I played it and its very fun. I've been a DJ for almost 15 years so I jumped on DJH when it came out. I really like drums so maybe I'll look in to getting RB since the devs still support it.

Definitely. RB was a game-changer in eventually making instruments into teaching tools. If you can play an RB track on expert, you can play that song on a drum set.

There's still the question of rhythm though, not everyone has it.

I guess it had to die out sometime.. but I hope they're putting their powers toward new innovations and the music genre doesn't die out. TBH I haven't bought new songs in quite some time but I like that they're still supporting a great franchise. Sucks that they're also cutting RBN, that's like zero work for them..

Apparently (according to the post on their forums) RBN songs on PS3 have to go through the same process as regular tracks, so it is a bit of work for them. I think RBN songs will still be available, but only the 360 will continue to get new tracks.

Great, yet another fugging 360 exclusive..

I thought the point of RBN was that bands could tab out their own songs, and submit them.. but I guess there's still a lot of rigmarole in terms of payment, and making sure that the songs they choose sync up correctly. Then there's the choosing in and of itself..

Sad for the end of DLC. I haven't bought any in a long while other than the Blitz game a couple months ago, but that's only due to lack of time because of my 7 month old...not lack of interest.
