Bought this last time. Flash to the 6300v2 was easy! Definitely worth it!

Yeah, between the two, I would go with the Newegg deal. Besides getting the free adapter (whether you need it or not), you will get a faster and a more predictable shipping experience. If you do prefer Amazon, make sure you order when it's "Fulfilled by Amazon". There were some "lost" orders that DealFisher had a hard time explaining.

I bought one last week and just bought another one on Wednesday with Amazon Prime for $65. Not sure why but the delivery date will be longer than 2 days with Prime. At least I know it's through Amazon.

I wouldn't take the newegg deal because of taxes.

Just bought one last week from Newegg. The router was in fantastic condition. Wouldn't even be able to tell that it was a refurb. Not a scuff on it. Very easy to upgrade as well.

I bought this on a previous deal for about the same price. I immediately flashed DD-WRT to it, and it has been a fantastic router! Much better range than my old Linsys E2500, and no dropped connections in the three weeks I've owned it. I can't say much about the USB 3.0 functionality. The throughput is supposed to be pretty low (about 20MBs peak), but I've been thinking about retiring my NAS for a simple external enclosure, even with the slowish rate.

Paypal had a email they sent out. Save $10 when you spend $50 or more exp. 9/30. So if u haven't used that yet, you can get another $10 knocked off the price.

I'm getting one because I need a wireless adapter for occasional use and my old Linksys WRT54GL had to be overclocked to allow me to get a 50 Mbps connection through the ethernet ports. I'll put the R6300v2 firmware on it and I think I'll be quite happy. Smilie
