Sometimes I wish I had a list of coupons to carry with me to the store that was easy to glance at to see if there is a useful coupon. So I decided to make one and share. I placed the info in the wiki.

I got the coupon info from http://www.taylortownpreview.com then re-arranged the data.

Tips for Printing

1. Paste the list in MS Word
2. Change the margins to 0 (File > Page Setup)
3. Change the font to size 8 or 5
4. Change the color of the list to that color you always have left over when you color cartridge runs out rather than printing in black. When my color cartridge runs out I still have the color red left, so I use red to print list, etc.
5. Change your printer settings to print multiple pages on one sheet, if you have that option. I have an HP All in One. I can print up to 9 pages per sheet. (Print > Preferences > Features) Omit tip #3 if you're going to do this.

Please use the following format to post a coupon:

1. Make sure the same coupon, even with the a different value, is not already listed in the wiki.

2. (a) List qualifying items including size/count restrictions. Use Title Case (capitalize each word except words "any", "or", or "oz"):

2. (b) Type "AND" in full caps when two or more products must be purchased:

Colgate Toothpaste, any 4 oz or larger (word)

(6/14/09) - numerical
exp 6/14/09 - word

4. Express the coupon source with either SS, V, P & G. Any other source, spell out the full name:

General Mills Cereal, any $1.00/2 GENERAL MILLS (6/14/09)

5. Express the coupon region with postal abreviation of the state above the coupon:

Does anyone know when an insert (probably from The Dallas Morning News) came out with Which Wich Qs, including a BOGO expiring 09/30 ?

Tipper, thanks for adding in all the previews & the regional variations through 9/29, that is really helpful!

(Karmalaw, added the Tastykake to the wiki.)

I've deleted all Qs that have expired through Sunday, 9/29/13 in the wiki, and have added some other Qs that I've found in my inserts this week (LINK to post). Thanks to the multiple previewers this week for P&G and RP/SS!

DId I miss discussion of a spreadsheet? Is it supposed to correspond to Wiki? So should I not upload Wiki for now?

I made a spreadsheet as it is much easier to sort, delete, alphabetize etc. and posted a link in case anyone else was interested. It should pretty much correspond to the list in the Wiki.

Pretty sure I made the link so that the actual spreadsheet itself is editable by anyone if they want to.

Hiya friends, when I last did the update in the wiki, I didn't make the updates to the spreadsheet.. So the wiki is currently the most current version. I certainly don't mind attempting an update to the spreadsheet with the wiki info. It should be pretty simple as I keep the wiki info in multiple columns in order to do expiration updates, and concatenate for the wiki.

The spreadsheet is currently checked out right now, but once everyone but us West Coasters are in bed, I can hop in and update if it hasn't been done already. Thanks Tipper, for making it editable! Good thinking!

Muchas gracias, Tipper! Smilie

ETA: deleted expirations through 10/1 in the wiki & in the spreadsheet.

Tipper, hope that it is ok that the format of the dates in column B have changed. I couldn't figure out how to format it to mm/dd/yy, so mm/dd/yyyy so seems to be the best that I can do. (Or let me know if you think that I should just go back to the current (m/d/yy) format. Thanks!

Date format doesn't matter to me, I was just using the format as it's originally typed.

It's easy to change the format.
Choose the column you want to format and highlight it and then right click. Choose "format cells" and you will many options, in this case you want the date and then you'll see the various options for the date format.

Once the format is chosen, Excell should change everything to the new format and any new data should change to that format automatically.

Thanks Tipper! Looks like I have to sign in with a hotmail account in order to access the full Excel functionality. (Right clicking with web view mode doesn't give me that option) Anyway, good to hear that format doesn't matter to you. I'll just leave it as-is, since it should still be pretty easy to work with the info this way.

Please be sure to give Tipper a nod for keeping the spreadsheet (linked in the wiki) updated. I've added NorCal regional variations (in case anyone is tracking) to the many other Qs that have been kindly reported in the 10/6 preview thread (HERE)

The wiki has been updated to include the 10/6/13 inserts and all expired coupons through 10/7/13 have been deleted. Happy shopping!

Hi everyone, I'm doing some cleaning and want to recycle a bunch of magazines but want to see if there are any coupons in them before I throw them out. Is there a current thread listing coupons in magazines? The only thread I found in search seems to have died out a few years ago! Thanks!
