Seems like a pretty good deal for a brand new 2013 Moto X. The phone comes with a full one-year warranty, according to the post. It also appears to be locked to AT&T.

Thanks for reading!

had this phone in my pocket in a case with a screen protector, screen facing my leg. Pulled out the phone and had a cracked lcd screen. Replacement is $150 on ebay. Contacted motorola chat and by phone with no success in getting a replacement. Camera back is relatively thin plastic, feels rigid but it is not. Camera housing is hard plastic causing a flex point and that is exactly where my screen cracked. I've never had a cracked screen before.

Just passing along my experience. Hope you have better luck if you purchase this phone. I will not be buying another phone without memory expansion, replaceable battery AND a rigid (preferably metal) back.

"Seems like a pretty good deal for a brand new Moto X."

You should probably put (2013) in there so people don't get confused.
